Thank you for shopping with Aldenville Puzzles. Customer satisfaction is very important, and this policy explains how returns and exchanges are handled.
   


    •    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip).


    •    To be eligible for a return, puzzles must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or partially completed puzzles are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or with missing pieces.


    •    Custom or personalized puzzles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.


    •    If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at email address within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.


    •    Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. For your protection, a trackable shipping service is recommended for returns.
